Rods and Reels: May be returned for store credit only. Items must be unused and unregistered. Arbor Anglers reserves the right to determine whether store credit will be issued for any rod or reel return.
Sale, Discounted, and Special Order Items: Non-refundableand not eligible for return.
All Other Items: May be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in unused condition with original tags attached.
Proof of Purchase Required: A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
Condition Evaluation: The determination of whether an item is unused will be made at the sole discretion of Arbor Anglers staff.
Class Policies
All class registrations are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with at least two weeks’ notice (14 days or more before the scheduled class date) are eligible to receive the full class value on a gift card for future use.
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the class may receive up to 50% credit, at the discretion of Arbor Anglers. We do not guarantee any compensation during this window.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class, or failure to attend without notification, will result in no refund or credit.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to shop@arboranglers.com. No phone calls or in-person cancellations will be accepted.
